A Project Proposal for an IBA Project in the Hamburg Suburb Wilhelmsburg.

The goal of the project is to build an ice skating arena in Wilhelmsburg, a suburb of Hamburg, which provides an opportunity for public skating as well as good training conditions for all ice sports. The arena is to be mainly powered by renewable energy.
